I am Tawanda “Tee” Marie Hanible, a retired United States Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant (GySgt), bestselling author, public speaker, veteran advocate, and entrepreneur with over 25 years of leadership experience. I have dedicated my career to empowering individuals and communities through leadership, resilience training, advocacy, and entrepreneurship. After serving 20 years in the Marine Corps, including a deployment to Iraq in 2003 as the only female in one of the first units sent overseas, I transitioned into public speaking, nonprofit leadership, and business development. Since then, I have founded and led multiple ventures focused on empowerment, mentorship, and community impact.
